"From Co-Suffering to Compassion" is designed for those whose children, partners, siblings,...misuse food as an outlet for their inner pain.
As someone who has personally experienced this struggle and now works as a psychological counselor, I understand both sides: the destructive voice inside your loved one's head and the feelings of helplessness, anger, hopelessness, and guilt experienced by family members.
And I know a path out of this stagnation and struggle — towards a life free from suffering.

In alternating individual and group sessions, we build clarity and understanding, develop strategies for new communication pathways with your loved ones, and share our experiences to give each other hope and strength.

Program Outline

  • In a 30-minute introductory individual session, we will assess if "From Co-Suffering to Compassion" is the right support for you
at this time. This session will focus on your objectives and your "why" for participating.

  • The group meets a total of 3 times for 90 minutes each, every three weeks.

  • Each session includes a Q&A segment, sharing of relevant background information, and a healing meditation.

  • Following each group session, a 30-minute individual follow-up session is provided.

  • In the final individual session, we will reflect on the progress you have made toward your initial goals and explore any next steps.

General Information

  • Each group program runs for 2 months.

  • Support alternates between individual sessions and group meetings.

  • My approach combines psychological counseling, energy work, and meditation.

  • The online Zoom format allows participants to maintain anonymity within the group if desired. My priority is for each participant to find the level of protection and pace of openness that feels right for them.

Goal

This program is designed for those who wish to connect with themselves and move step-by-step toward understanding the
root of their suffering.

The space I create with you in a secure, supportive environment is one of genuine visibility.

This program does not promise healing; true healing happens when you make the conscious choice to embark on a new
path and take active steps. However, I offer guidance to show you a possible new way and to accompany you on that journey.
The group provides support in gaining clarity and offers relief by sharing personal struggles with others who understand.

Note

  • I intentionally use the term "self-harming eating behavior" instead of "eating disorder" because I believe that self-destructive eating behaviors are not, at their core, disorders. They are attempts to restore lost inner balance, find safety, self-protect, and ultimately survive.

  • I do not provide diagnoses or treat psychological or medical conditions. Any uncertainties can be discussed in a preliminary consultation.

Life might not always be simple, but still can feel easy.
