I spent many years of my life being stuck.
Physically, emotionally, mentally.

Unconscious trauma energies had locked my entire system into a state of rigidity from which it seemed almost impossible
to break free.

Despite having a loving environment and professional help:
It was as if I was living through an endless succession of days, with no idea if and how I could continue to live through yet another.
Too great the pain at every level.

But life went on. And the days passed...

... Because even though for decades I had no answer as to “why” I was experiencing this pain, my hope for change was unshakeable, together with my conviction that I would face its source – as soon as I was ready.

And that's exactly how it was...

Why am I revealing these deeply personal insights into my life?

I want to share something with everyone who is going through a similar experience:
The hope for healing that has always remained with me, and my innate knowledge that ”everything can work out.”

Because today I’m doing well. Better than ever before. Better than I ever dreamed I could be.

MY CONVICTION

“Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.”
– a Buddhist proverb –

I have learned a great deal on my healing journey. And one desire that had taken root in me very early on was to one day be able to pass on these learning experiences and the knowledge I gained through my studies to anyone who also felt the desire to intentionally confront their pain and put an end to their suffering.

As human beings, we experience pain in various forms over and over again. Often beyond our control. But what we can control, however, is how we react on the pain, how we perceive it and how we judge it.

  • I believe that it is possible to create a life that is aligned with our personal truth

  • to have a fulfilling job, supportive relationships with others, and a loving attitude towards our body

  • to stop thinking about our past and/or worrying about our future, and instead live in peace and harmony in the present moment.

Yes, if we live our truth, we can live in lightness and ease – this is my deep conviction. Does that mean it will always be easy?
No, I don’t believe that.

  • But it will become increasingly easier to face the challenges in your life.

  • Because you recognize that every form of change – and thus growth – will bring you closer to your inner truth and joy.

MY BELIEF

Life might not always be simple, but still can feel easy.
